Specifically, Rene the project manager came out to make sure installation went smoothly, addressed any hiccups that came up right away, and talked through the process while offering tips/advice. "Prior to contacting lone star I was actively speaking to and planning to contract with a different Solar Company, however the week that we had scheduled a site visit, the representative of that company did not show up. It turned out for the best because after the termination of that brief encounter, I found lone star solar online, and their website was impressive, so professional, and comprehensive. Shortly after contacting lone star, a sales representative named Carol called me back, introduced herself, as well as her company, and convinced me that it might be in my best interest to schedule a site visit in person. Well now, that site visit turned out to be the best ""Solar"" decision that I have made. When Carol reported on-site, she proceeded to perform a thorough site survey of my roofing, attic space, electrical feeds, and landscaping. Once completed, and before she made her recommendation, she proceeded to explain and educate me on solar architecture in general, and how a solar system operates best facing certain direction. She answered all of my questions. Only after she felt confident that I had obtained a level of understanding, she offered several recommendations, and provided me with almost like a Menu of other services and optional upgrades, all provided by lone star. The presentation concluded with an explanation to the entire installation process and time frames which included how and which Lone Star Solar Services team members would be assigned to navigate and obtain various approvals required from various governmental agencies, both pre and post installation. Oh, Carol let me know that the ""GOVERNMENT PROGRAM"" THAT THE OTHER SOLAR COMPANY OFFERED ME WAS A LIE!! Thank you lone star for being thruthful"

Andrew and the rest of the team really were professional and efficient. Any questions that came up ir that I had were easily answered by Andrew.I will recommend them to my friends.

We were looking to have a solar system for a long time, after Meeting with five consultants from different companies we had Ari came into our house and he gave us great price with the best panels, we signed the agreement and two weeks later we had a call from the office that they are ready for the installation, few days later the installers came into our house and the installation went really smooth and the panels look beautiful on our roof

Any questions we had were promptly answered, and our project manager was outstanding. The project was designed in such a way that once one step was completed, the next one began. Superb service and an excellent team - we couldn't recommend them more highly. Having decided eventually to get a residential solar panel installation, we tried to avoid companies with pushy salesmen. we found LoneStar Solar Services LLC in Houston and asked them for a chat and a quote. We worked out some initial proposals via phone and then had a visit by Victor and later Gina. The team was happy to adjust to our needs and look at various options and we settled on a nice discrete 14kw two-roof layout with inverter and 5kw battery which was all competitively priced and excellent quality. Within a week of giving the team the go-ahead, the installation was in progress including scaffolding, and was completed in 4 days. The onsite crew and scaffolders were all professional and friendly. and were happy to answer any questions we had.

Andrew was so professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend LoneStar Solar to anyone looking to upgrade to solar energy.

The Houston crew was here to install our solar panels and they was an amazing bunch of guys. The electrician with the good hair was great =) . This was a painless experience and so glad we did it. I would recommend anyone that is thinking about getting solar to call Lone Star.

Incredible service, great pricing, and super fast installation. Having had a brand new roof installed we were particularly nervous on who to hire and carry out the install. They completed EVERYTHING in one day and after multiple storms as a stress test, not a single leak or any major problems. We were very impressed. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment to get an estimate on solar because my energy bill is exorbitant, sometimes reaching $400 per month, yes, you read that correctly! Chuck, the sales consultant, was very informative, professional, and pleasant. He answered all of our questions and gave us a quote that was $20,000 less than what another solar company had given us! We have a few more estimates, so we did not sign the contract, but if we do decide to use this company, I will update my review of the entire process.

I initially spoke with Lone Star Solar about two months ago to see if solar would make sense for our home. We got another quote from another company that was $15,000.00 higher with less solar panels. We kicked them out of our home and called lone star back. They had our panels turned on less than 30 days after we signed up with them.

Updating my review, ran into some minor issues, the company is working hard to make things right and fix those issues, so far they have been responsive and they are taking care of the customer

Despite being told to keep an eye on the lights on our inverters, I failed. I assumed the system would also keep an eye on the inverters. Back in April, one of our inverters failed, and when I noticed both lights were turned off, I contacted Dawn, who promptly scheduled a service call. Steven arrived on time and replaced our broken SolarEdge inverter with a new SolarEdge inverter. He was pleasant and efficient in his work. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, I am unable to view our production on the application. However, I have been assured that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

I chose LoneStar Solar Service because they had what I thought was the best balance of quality, price, and responsive customer service.
