So...I've now reviewed LoneStar several times. I'm changing my star rating to FIVE because they provide 5-star service. This company and its owner were so concerned with doing the right thing that they tracked me down to find out what problems I was having. But they didn't stop there...they went above and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I don't think I've ever worked for a company that was more concerned with keeping customers happy. I can now confidently recommend LoneStar Solar Services to you. The attention they paid to ensure our satisfaction far exceeded the standard of customer service available today. I wish them all the best and encourage all of you reading this to do business with THIS solar company.

So, I have a plug-in hybrid vehicle. With Solar and battery, my cost of fuel(electricity) is 7 cents per mile. This compared with 15 cents per mile with a gasoline engine. So, I am using electricity for my home and for my vehicle, paying $100 each month, which is substantially less than the $400~$500 I used to pay. This assumes that my solar + battery has close to zero down time. Thanks to LoneStar Solar Services LLC, I never had any down time.

This company is the real deal! They are more than a solar company. They truly take value in helping their customers. All my questions were answered by Zack throughly and promptly. In terms of our house. LoneStar Solar Service representatives were responsive in every way we could have hoped for, from the first appointment until our solar project was completed. Any questions we had were promptly answered, and our project manager was outstanding. The project was designed in such a way that once one step was completed, the next one began. We would strongly recommend LoneStar Solar Service to anyone looking for solar, just as we have for neighbors who have now used LoneStar Solar Service for their solar needs.

We've now had our LoneStar Solar system up and running for several months and, in a word, it - is - amazing!! Astounding!! In the summer months, we are generating, perhaps, DOUBLE the power we use -- and this is with running dual-zone central AC (although we don't run it all the time, only on truly hot days, but we've had many this summer). Our electric bill has dropped to ZERO (and we have a $410 energy CREDIT) -- not including the base $22/mo charge that *all* LADWP users pay to maintain the power grid (which is entirely fair).

Just wanted to say that I was very happy with the service I received from Lone Star Solar. I was super impressed by the professionalism from Andrew the installer that came out! Everything was explained to me and I felt very comfortable working with this company I would definitely refer them.

"Prior to contacting lone star I was actively speaking to and planning to contract with a different Solar Company, however the week that we had scheduled a site visit, the representative of that company did not show up. It turned out for the best because after the termination of that brief encounter, I found lone star solar online, and their website was impressive, so professional, and comprehensive. Shortly after contacting lone star, a sales representative named Carol called me back, introduced herself, as well as her company, and convinced me that it might be in my best interest to schedule a site visit in person. Well now, that site visit turned out to be the best ""Solar"" decision that I have made. When Carol reported on-site, she proceeded to perform a thorough site survey of my roofing, attic space, electrical feeds, and landscaping. Once completed, and before she made her recommendation, she proceeded to explain and educate me on solar architecture in general, and how a solar system operates best facing certain direction. She answered all of my questions. Only after she felt confident that I had obtained a level of understanding, she offered several recommendations, and provided me with almost like a Menu of other services and optional upgrades, all provided by lone star. The presentation concluded with an explanation to the entire installation process and time frames which included how and which Lone Star Solar Services team members would be assigned to navigate and obtain various approvals required from various governmental agencies, both pre and post installation. I can’t say enough about the team at LoneStar Solar! They are so easy and pleasant to work with. They are very quick to respond to any special requests and fast to implement account changes. Aside from the great customer service Mr. Noe gave us, their product was top notch quality! They were there every step of the way to ensure our install went well and we were also able to get some much needed home improvements done! My experience with LoneStar Solar Services LLC was nothing short of remarkable from day 1. Their customer service, knowledge and interpersonal skills made it easy to work with. They helped with all of the paperwork completing the initial paperwork with Edison and the city. The only holdups I experienced throughout the process was the permit process. However, once the permit information was satisfied, the installation process was quick. A crew of 4 came out and finished the installation of black Q CELL solar panels and Enphase inverters in a day. Give them a call, you won't be sorry. I've recommended LoneStar Solar Services LLC to all my friends and relatives.
