I had an excellent experience working with LoneStar Solar Services LLC. When I started looking into solar I didn't really know what to look for but they made it very easy and everyone who I spoke to was so helpful in answering and questions I had. Pricing and warranties are great and competitive which is ultimately why I chose them as my installer. I appreciate that they have always been easy to contact and if I have an issue they are quick to resolve it. I've been enjoying my new system for months now and couldn't be happier!

I must have spoken to a dozen solar sales people until we came across Lone Star Solar. We went with two other solar companies in the beginning but all came short of expectations and communication. Lone Star send out a technician same day we signed to get measurments and begin the process. We were installed in less than 20 days & our system was turned on 2 weeks after install. We interviewed several contractors before speaking with LoneStar Solar Services. They explained everything in layman's terms and answered all of our questions. Furthermore, they provided us with a quote that was significantly lower than what others were offering. The installation (4th Day Energy) went well, and any issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. The interface with PGE went smoothly, and we were reaping the benefits of our solar system within a week of its completion. I would recommend that anyone thinking about going solar talk to these people before signing a contract with a solar company.

2 months agoThis company is the real Mccoy! They go above and beyond. They truly take time in informing their customers. All my questions were answered by Andrew. If you are in need of solar panel company to add solar panels to your home, Lonestar is tier one in my opinion.

LoneStar Solar completed the job so quickly! We completed the process in less than a month. Everyone we had to deal with was extremely pleasant, and we could tell they genuinely cared about us as customers. Zac (sales representative) was extremely helpful in expediting the process and obtaining exactly what we desired. We are overjoyed to have solar now! Excellent work, team!
