From day one, no pushy sales tactics, just an honest and open discussion that continued throughout the design, installation, and handover phases. Dustin and the team were friendly, thorough, and professional in all of their visits; getting on with the jobs in a timely but not rushed manner. As issues arose, they sorted them and kept me up to date with progress - all whilst minimizing disruption to the family. They were certainly nothing like the traditional double-glazing salesmen that I feared I might appoint when I began looking into ASHP and Solar. It was a top service delivered by good people that were keen to do their business in the right way. Well done to all.

Superb service and an excellent team - we couldn't recommend them more highly. Having decided eventually to get a residential solar panel installation, we tried to avoid companies with pushy salesmen. we found LoneStar Solar Services LLC in Houston and asked them for a chat and a quote. We worked out some initial proposals via phone and then had a visit by Victor and later Gina. The team was happy to adjust to our needs and look at various options and we settled on a nice discrete 14kw two-roof layout with inverter and 5kw battery which was all competitively priced and excellent quality. Within a week of giving the team the go-ahead, the installation was in progress including scaffolding, and was completed in 4 days. The onsite crew and scaffolders were all professional and friendly. and were happy to answer any questions we had.

Must go to a company for your solar needs. This review is long overdue. Have had my solar from LoneStar Solar Services LLC for over a year now and it has been working excellently. The company is dependent, honest, reliable and really cares to tailor to their clients needs. Did not try to sell me more panels or equipment than needed and responded to support with help on how to use the Tesla Powerwall app. Just the other day my Tesla fell off the grid on the app and they came the same day to check on it. Turns out a fuse went out and needed to be replaced. Was diagnosed in a matter of minutes and all covered under the 10 year Powerwall warranty.

Had an amazing experience, Andrew was knowledgeable about the product and installation process.

Loved working with Tedrick. I feel like I asked a ton of questions over the course of a year before I finally pulled the trigger with LoneStar Solar Service. I interviewed three companies and felt that Tedrick was the best, by far. He patiently came back to my house every time I asked, I believe it was 4 times over the course of a year. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend.

LoneStar Solar Services LLC worked with me during a recent remodel of my house. They removed some existing solar panels to facilitate the remodel and then re-installed the panels and upgraded my existing system to add 25% additional capacity as well as switching the system to use micro-inverters.The whole process went very smoothly from initial contact to completion with LoneStar Solar Services LLC handling the whole project on a turnkey basis up to and including making sure that the SCE interconnect agreement was properly executed.The quality of the work was very high and the project was completed on time at a good value. I am a very satisfied customer.

Went solar with Lonestar and it was the best decision ever!Considered other companies, but went with these guys instead. Great customer service every step along the way and my panels were installed in less than 6 weeks and working by the next month.Lonestar also replaced my roof before installing panels and even helped me get a new AC- all under a fixed payment.A couple of my neighbors also signed with them, and now we recommend them to all our friends and family.

Going solar was something I wanted but didn’t know if I can afford this project for a duplex property such as mine located in the outer sunset. I met with a few solar installers in the bay area and LoneStar Solar Services LLC was the only company that helps you qualify for rebates offered by Houston, in addition to financing options. I was able to replace the roof with a company LoneStar Solar Services LLC recommended. The whole project (roofing then solar installation) took 1 week and there were only minor findings (grounding) and resolved quickly.

Monthly electric bills are less than $25. We discovered that if you continue to make your monthly auto payment, your solar bill will be paid on a monthly basis as well. It will not skip monthly payments and then ""true up"" at the end of a year, as is customary. But we don't mind paying a small monthly fee. So, yes. We wholeheartedly endorse LoneStar Solar Service. Simply be aware of all Texas laws at the time of your consideration. Things can change from one year to the next.

Absolutely fantastic and professional work done by LoneStar. Honestly, I'm usually kind of skeptical about these companies whenever I need to get something done around the house, but this was such great work that I really had to leave a review and let everyone know.Please ask for Andrew, he came over and took care of everything. Was very kind, understood exactly what I wanted, and helped facilitate the entire process and took all the stress of my shoulders. I've never had a more professional, and nicer experience. First off, I LOVED the fact that they came to my door with masks on. Secondly, I just got my first bill from LADWP and I'm ecstatic to say it was only 5 DOLLARS!!! I wanted to wait for the bill to write my review, and I am happy to say that LoneStar Solar Service and Gabriel's team took great care of me and my home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

LoneStar Solar Services LLC was very thorough in giving us our quote and was even able to fix our roof before installing the solar panels, which not all solar companies do. The installation happened quickly once the paperwork and permits were done (which they handled). Very happy with the process - highly recommended.

The team at Lone star solar worked well with us to have our 14x18 cedar wood pergola installed. They assembled it in the morning and adjusted it to fit around a concrete slab we had previously built. They were very responsive and even had it ready sooner than they promised. With all the supply issues going on in construction, this was a pleasant surprise. All in all, a very nice product for a reasonable price with great service.
