We've now had our LoneStar Solar system up and running for several months and, in a word, it - is - amazing!! Astounding!! In the summer months, we are generating, perhaps, DOUBLE the power we use -- and this is with running dual-zone central AC (although we don't run it all the time, only on truly hot days, but we've had many this summer). Our electric bill has dropped to ZERO (and we have a $410 energy CREDIT) -- not including the base $22/mo charge that *all* LADWP users pay to maintain the power grid (which is entirely fair).

Our solar experience was easy and stress-free. The staff at LoneStar Solar Services LLC put their customers first and made sure the experience was good. We have been operating on solar for the last 9 months and my only regret is that we didn't meet this company sooner.

This was the simplest thing we'd ever done!! We met with our salesman, and the only thing I had to do after that was look up my pge account. #LoneStar is a fantastic company. They handled everything, from obtaining the permit to obtaining financing, working with PGE, and arranging for the actual solar company to install the panels!! One month after our first meeting, we are up and running. We wholeheartedly recommend them for all of your solar needs.

Went with LoneStar Solar Services LLC due to price, online and personal reviews, responsiveness and price. I don't usually go with the low price bid but I could find no holes in their bid and customers spoke highly of them. After going through the process myself, I wholeheartedly agree. They were responsive, prompt with no extra pricing and kept me apprised of the process. Took a little longer than I had hoped but start to finish was about four months, including the SCE approvals. I would highly recommend them. I installed a 9.9kWh system and it worked flawlessly from the beginning.

It took about three weeks from the time Matt called. They arrived promptly and installed the new inverter. I was delighted. I will say that the installers came in and finished the job quickly, but they never showed me how to connect it to the app to see if it was producing power, and honestly, I have no idea unless I look at my bill every day. I'm currently working with Solar Edge to figure out how to do this and why it won't let me connect, but that's not LoneStar Solar Service's fault.

The experience dealing with their sales team and installation team was consistent. But what impressed me was their support when we had an issue with our solar. Everyone seemed to be on the same page. They were easy to work with and available to answer any questions I had. I’m happy with their service and super happy with our solar. Love the smaller power bills and would highly recommend going solar.

So...I've now reviewed LoneStar several times. I'm changing my star rating to FIVE because they provide 5-star service. This company and its owner were so concerned with doing the right thing that they tracked me down to find out what problems I was having. But they didn't stop there...they went above and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I don't think I've ever worked for a company that was more concerned with keeping customers happy. I can now confidently recommend LoneStar Solar Services to you. The attention they paid to ensure our satisfaction far exceeded the standard of customer service available today. It's 95 degrees today and I'm just so glad I went PTO today with the help of LoneStar Solar Services LLC! Best decision ever!! Received a few quotes but LoneStar Solar Services LLC seemed most reasonable considering how knowledgeable they were. They were super responsive throughout the entire process and although it took a couple weeks more than expected I think it's understable when the City takes forever for permits. So glad i went solar before this summer cuz i get to turn on the AC without having to worry too much about my bill! You wont regret it, just ask LoneStar Solar Services LLC for an estimate!
