I shopped them against other solar companies and they had pretty good pricing, but what really impressed me was the responsiveness. That responsiveness never stopped from the moment we got our first quote and all the way through installation and even servicing the product months later. This morning, I was even able to reach them at 7 AM and let them know about an issue we are having one of our circuit breakers being tripped and they are once again very responsive to getting it taken care of, which is the kind of service I really appreciate! The product itself seems fantastic, with the Tesla power back up already being used to not only save us money but was invaluable keeping our refrigerators and the rest of our house running the other day when the power went out.

"Prior to contacting lone star I was actively speaking to and planning to contract with a different Solar Company, however the week that we had scheduled a site visit, the representative of that company did not show up. It turned out for the best because after the termination of that brief encounter, I found lone star solar online, and their website was impressive, so professional, and comprehensive. Shortly after contacting lone star, a sales representative named Carol called me back, introduced herself, as well as her company, and convinced me that it might be in my best interest to schedule a site visit in person. Well now, that site visit turned out to be the best ""Solar"" decision that I have made. When Carol reported on-site, she proceeded to perform a thorough site survey of my roofing, attic space, electrical feeds, and landscaping. Once completed, and before she made her recommendation, she proceeded to explain and educate me on solar architecture in general, and how a solar system operates best facing certain direction. She answered all of my questions. Only after she felt confident that I had obtained a level of understanding, she offered several recommendations, and provided me with almost like a Menu of other services and optional upgrades, all provided by lone star. The presentation concluded with an explanation to the entire installation process and time frames which included how and which Lone Star Solar Services team members would be assigned to navigate and obtain various approvals required from various governmental agencies, both pre and post installation. Oh, Carol let me know that the ""GOVERNMENT PROGRAM"" THAT THE OTHER SOLAR COMPANY OFFERED ME WAS A LIE!! Thank you lone star for being thruthful"

We had our solar system installed by LoneStar Solar and we are extremely happy with their work. Their price is competitive and workmanship is top-notch. I worked with Eric Shabtai and his team who are very easy to work with and are always available when needed. We also replaced our roof while added the new solar system, and we used a different roofer for the new roof. LoneStar Solar worked seamlessly with the roofer (who is also great, BTW) and had our new roof+solar system done on-schedule without a hitch. I would not hesitate to recommend LoneStar Solar to my family and friends. Thanks guys!

Dustin and the LoneStar Solar Services LLC team were great. Dustin kept me updated on all of the different details of the solar installation and was quick to notify me if we had any changes. There was an initial problem with a couple of the panels and all I had to do was call him and they had someone out replacing them within a couple of days. Everything is working great and I'm getting great production on all of my panels. If you are in the market for solar give Dustin and his team a shot. Highly recommended!

LoneStar Solar Services LLC offered very competitive pricing compared to other installers that quoted. They specialise in the Panasonic panels I wanted and also upgraded to the new Enphase IQ8 microinverters which some installers were not offeringMy experience with Cory McKenna, my sales consultant, was very positive. He provided a detailed quote within a couple hours and answered all my questions promptly. Other companies took up to a week to get a response and oftentimes you could tell they were embellishing to get a sale. Cory provided post sales assistance to communicate to the other departments. This was quite helpful when dealing with larger departmentalized businesses.Once the contract was signed they arranged inspection and provided the rooftop design sooner than expected. There were some discrepancies in the initial layout but we were able to resolve them in a timely manner. The process has been very smooth so far and they keep you updated on every step of the way. As of right now we are in the procurement stage and once the install and system power is complete I will update this review. I anticipate the rest of the project will go smoothly as planned. LoneStar gave us a great deal with our solar. We received many quotes from other businesses and they were able to beat the best offer while providing us with better quality material and warranties. They were able to offer us a backup generator with our solar panels which was the same price as other companies' packages with just solar.
