Aside from the great customer service Mr. Noe gave us, their product was top notch quality! They were there every step of the way to ensure our install went well and we were also able to get some much needed home improvements done! I was leery about going solar but I will definitely recommend Lonestar to all my friends and family!! You guys are the bomb when it comes to solar!! I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!! The understatement of the century is that I just ""shopped around"" for solar. Panels should be a long term commitment, and I wanted to find the best possible partner... I started with NINE solar companies and I found myself zeroing in on LoneStar Solar Services LLC pretty swiftly. I combed through contracts. I called and talked to my realtor. I asked my finance people their opinion on how this will affect my home value. I weighed the pros and cons of owning vs renting. I took into consideration the current promotions as well as any later incentives for referrals. I read over 300 Maps reviews FOR ONE COMPANY ALONE and can honestly say:I am 100% confident that I have chosen the right solar company.

LoneStar Solar Service installed a new 20 panel solar system and a new 200 amp electrical panel. Eric was my salesman and he was great! I compared his quote against two other solar companies and this was not only the best quote, I loved the stellar Google reviews. Eric was available via text day and night. The contract was E-signed and simple. While we were waiting for the solar permit, they installed the new electrical panel with no issues. The solar panels were installed in a single day also with no issues. The whole process took 2 months but most of that was waiting on the initial permit and then the final sign off by the city inspector and getting the green light from the utility company. I just got my electric bill and it was $12.95 for the month versus $200 for this same month from the prior year. OH HAPPY DAY! Screw the electric companies! I have already referred several clients to Eric.

The team is awesome, from the front customer proposal, intaking, through the actual installation, inspection coordination, client communication and service post. I felt I was always in the right hands with everyone I interacted with, honest, courteous and professional - that is priceless! The solar system seems to be working flawlessly, and it managed through a couple winter storms without any issues.

I had an appointment to get an estimate on solar because my energy bill is exorbitant, sometimes reaching $400 per month, yes, you read that correctly! Chuck, the sales consultant, was very informative, professional, and pleasant. He answered all of our questions and gave us a quote that was $20,000 less than what another solar company had given us! We have a few more estimates, so we did not sign the contract, but if we do decide to use this company, I will update my review of the entire process.

Going solar was something I wanted but didn’t know if I can afford this project for a duplex property such as mine located in the outer sunset. I met with a few solar installers in the bay area and LoneStar Solar Services LLC was the only company that helps you qualify for rebates offered by Houston, in addition to financing options. I was able to replace the roof with a company LoneStar Solar Services LLC recommended. The whole project (roofing then solar installation) took 1 week and there were only minor findings (grounding) and resolved quickly.

From the initial quote to the post-installation walkthrough, Adam and the entire LoneStar Solar team were outstanding. We shopped around before deciding on them, and they ended up having the best price combined with the best quality and service. I would recommend them to my closest family and friends.

I appreciated the installation team's dependability, hard work, and respect for my property. The office staff is fantastic to work with. They kept me updated at all times and answered any questions that arose during the process. It was fantastic to have a live zoom class after my system was installed, teaching me how to use my apps and monitor the performance of my new solar system.

The experience dealing with their sales team and installation team was consistent. But what impressed me was their support when we had an issue with our solar. Everyone seemed to be on the same page. They were easy to work with and available to answer any questions I had. I’m happy with their service and super happy with our solar. Love the smaller power bills and would highly recommend going solar.

I had an excellent experience working with LoneStar Solar Services LLC. When I started looking into solar I didn't really know what to look for but they made it very easy and everyone who I spoke to was so helpful in answering and questions I had. Pricing and warranties are great and competitive which is ultimately why I chose them as my installer. I appreciate that they have always been easy to contact and if I have an issue they are quick to resolve it. I've been enjoying my new system for months now and couldn't be happier!

Dustin and the LoneStar Solar Services LLC team were great. Dustin kept me updated on all of the different details of the solar installation and was quick to notify me if we had any changes. There was an initial problem with a couple of the panels and all I had to do was call him and they had someone out replacing them within a couple of days. Everything is working great and I'm getting great production on all of my panels. If you are in the market for solar give Dustin and his team a shot. Highly recommended!

Manny and Pedro did an outstanding job installing both of our electric vehicle chargers. They collaborated with me to find the best locations for our chargers. Based on the layout of my house, we decided to put one outside and one in the garage. They assisted me in moving items in the garage to give them enough room to work. Their work is clean, and they leave the area very tidy when they are finished. They are both very friendly and easy to talk to. Manny and Pedro come highly recommended for your electric car charging stations!

Was very kind, understood exactly what I wanted, and helped facilitate the entire process and took all the stress of my shoulders. I've never had a more professional, and nicer experience. I might just invite him over to the BBQ next week with all the money I'm saving thanks to Solar and LoneStar!
