Skip the national, disorganised solar chains and go with these guys - great team, all local. Priced competitively, no BS haggling and most importantly no vastly overinflated production estimates on undersized systems. Their quote process is great and very thorough, and we got lucky with my install and had the panels on my roof within a month of signing the contract. PTO took a few more weeks, but worth the wait - the system is running great. Incredibly professional, kind team who are all wonderful to work with.

"Prior to contacting lone star I was actively speaking to and planning to contract with a different Solar Company, however the week that we had scheduled a site visit, the representative of that company did not show up. It turned out for the best because after the termination of that brief encounter, I found lone star solar online, and their website was impressive, so professional, and comprehensive. Shortly after contacting lone star, a sales representative named Carol called me back, introduced herself, as well as her company, and convinced me that it might be in my best interest to schedule a site visit in person. Well now, that site visit turned out to be the best ""Solar"" decision that I have made. When Carol reported on-site, she proceeded to perform a thorough site survey of my roofing, attic space, electrical feeds, and landscaping. Once completed, and before she made her recommendation, she proceeded to explain and educate me on solar architecture in general, and how a solar system operates best facing certain direction. She answered all of my questions. Only after she felt confident that I had obtained a level of understanding, she offered several recommendations, and provided me with almost like a Menu of other services and optional upgrades, all provided by lone star. The presentation concluded with an explanation to the entire installation process and time frames which included how and which Lone Star Solar Services team members would be assigned to navigate and obtain various approvals required from various governmental agencies, both pre and post installation. Oh, Carol let me know that the ""GOVERNMENT PROGRAM"" THAT THE OTHER SOLAR COMPANY OFFERED ME WAS A LIE!! Thank you lone star for being thruthful"

After back and forth we have agreed on a price and I am removing my negative review.Individuals must do their homework before adding solar so that they ask the right questions and get straight forward answers from the company that they decide to go with . This was the simplest thing we'd ever done!! We met with our salesman, and the only thing I had to do after that was look up my pge account. #LoneStar is a fantastic company. They handled everything, from obtaining the permit to obtaining financing, working with PGE, and arranging for the actual solar company to install the panels!! One month after our first meeting, we are up and running. We wholeheartedly recommend them for all of your solar needs.

From the start of the estimate to the completion of the project, an A+. Eric Shabtai was very communicative and had so much patience with me throughout the process. He did exactly what he said and processed, and in most cases, before the due dates. My HOA was more difficult to deal with, but LoneStar Solar's planning passed the HOA's approval with flying colors the first time around. Once the HOA approval to proceed was approved (2 months), Eric and the team jumped right on it, coordinated with the County of Orange Building Inspector, completed the installation (in one day), and passed the final inspection a week later. I couldn't be happier with Eric and the team.

So, I have a plug-in hybrid vehicle. With Solar and battery, my cost of fuel(electricity) is 7 cents per mile. This compared with 15 cents per mile with a gasoline engine. So, I am using electricity for my home and for my vehicle, paying $100 each month, which is substantially less than the $400~$500 I used to pay. This assumes that my solar + battery has close to zero down time. Thanks to LoneStar Solar Services LLC, I never had any down time.

From the website to the sales rep the information they provided was very helpful. I had a lot of questions about solar energy and so I really appreciated all of their hand holding. They installed LG solar panels and enphase inverters on my home in STX. No more electricity bill and I'm worrying about turning on the air conditioning. I'm glad I ended up going solar and picking LoneStar Solar Services LLC. Thank you everyone!

My final SDG&E inspection was completed on 1/11/22, and I now have solar panels on my roof that generate electricity! LoneStar was a joy to work with. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. All communication was done via email or text, which was extremely convenient. The guys on site were courteous and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving for the day. I chose them because they had the highest Google rating, and now I know why. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.
