2 months agoThis company is the real Mccoy! They go above and beyond. They truly take time in informing their customers. All my questions were answered by Andrew. If you are in need of solar panel company to add solar panels to your home, Lonestar is tier one in my opinion.

Lonestar came and put my panels on last week and I couldn’t be happier. Their professionalism is second to none. Always on time and Zac was incredible to work with. Definitely going to be referring my family members and friends to Lonestar. Highly recommended.

We were looking to have a solar system for a long time, after Meeting with five consultants from different companies we had Ari came into our house and he gave us great price with the best panels, we signed the agreement and two weeks later we had a call from the office that they are ready for the installation, few days later the installers came into our house and the installation went really smooth and the panels look beautiful on our roof

I purchased a 5.8kW system in 2020 and the experience with their team was MONUMENTAL! They handled all steps of the process and required me to only sign documents after careful review and provide them with a date for installation. I was kept in the loop the entire process and they even coordinated with my foam insulation crew to best coordinate both activities during the same week. Once the installation was finished, Dustin (my Creative Solar genius) explained the details of the system with all educational materials in hand. I instantly began saving money the first day since I produced more power than I used.

From start to finish, I had the best experience with LoneStar Solar Service. Chris Brown was our initial point of contact, and he did an excellent job of listening to our needs and providing us with a proposal that was a good fit. He was straightforward, informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. He said he'd get us the proposal in about 24 hours after our initial meeting, and we had it by the end of the day. We then worked with several other points of contact, including Adam, who were all excellent. The entire project was well-organized and completed on time, as agreed upon with Chris. The guys accidentally broke a sprinkler thing on the day of the installation, and they knocked on the door to tell me and let me know they had already recorded it and requested someone to come fix it. I wasn't even bothered by the accident because I was so impressed with how quickly they accepted responsibility and informed me when I might not have noticed! Kudos! I would recommend LoneStar Solar Service to anyone looking to work with a company that is fair, honest, and trustworthy.

Honestly, I'm usually kind of skeptical about these companies whenever I need to get something done around the house, but this was such great work that I really had to leave a review and let everyone know.Please ask for Andrew, he came over and took care of everything. Was very kind, understood exactly what I wanted, and helped facilitate the entire process and took all the stress of my shoulders. I've never had a more professional, and nicer experience. We had no previous heating system in place and opted for a full air source heat pump and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and quality of work. When I contacted the office their staff had fantastic knowledge, of my inquiry about Air source heat pumps and Photovoltaic Solar Panels. They came out to look at my site within that week and gave me a quotation and I was sold on the quality of the engineered products that they offer in comparison to other air source heat pumps and solar panels. A very efficient service.

I needed to have my panels removed so that I could replace my roof. They were very quick to respond, and very reasonable for the work that needed to get done. They not only took care of the removal and reinstallation, but troubleshoot an issue that I've had, and fixed it as part of their service.I can't say enough about the quality, dedication and professionalism of LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They made me feel like they were working on their own house.They even worked with the roofer to make sure things went smoothly (and the roofer will call them in the future).

LoneStar Solar Services LLC was very thorough in giving us our quote and was even able to fix our roof before installing the solar panels, which not all solar companies do. The installation happened quickly once the paperwork and permits were done (which they handled). Very happy with the process - highly recommended.

My experience with LoneStar Solar Services LLC was nothing short of remarkable from day 1. Their customer service, knowledge and interpersonal skills made it easy to work with. They helped with all of the paperwork completing the initial paperwork with Edison and the city. The only holdups I experienced throughout the process was the permit process. However, once the permit information was satisfied, the installation process was quick. A crew of 4 came out and finished the installation of black Q CELL solar panels and Enphase inverters in a day. I must have spoken to a dozen solar sales people until we came across Lone Star Solar. We went with two other solar companies in the beginning but all came short of expectations and communication. Lone Star send out a technician same day we signed to get measurments and begin the process. We were installed in less than 20 days & our system was turned on 2 weeks after install.
