I had the pleasure of having Mr. Richards install my panels on my two story house that young man Andrew was one of the most proficient and dedicated workers I've ever seen. LoneStar Solar Service installed a new 20 panel solar system and a new 200 amp electrical panel. Eric was my salesman and he was great! I compared his quote against two other solar companies and this was not only the best quote, I loved the stellar Google reviews. Eric was available via text day and night. The contract was E-signed and simple. While we were waiting for the solar permit, they installed the new electrical panel with no issues. The solar panels were installed in a single day also with no issues. The whole process took 2 months but most of that was waiting on the initial permit and then the final sign off by the city inspector and getting the green light from the utility company. I just got my electric bill and it was $12.95 for the month versus $200 for this same month from the prior year. OH HAPPY DAY! Screw the electric companies! I have already referred several clients to Eric.

I initially chose LoneStar Solar Service based on their reviews, a friend's recommendation, and Riley. I highly recommend LoneStar Solar Service for solar installation. Everyone on the team, including Mike, Riley, Adam, and Team 1, impressed me. Each step of the process was completed quickly. On the day of installation, the install team (Team 1) communicated well and the installation looked great. The inspection went off without a hitch on the first try. LoneStar Solar Service was also very responsive, making any minor changes quickly and without causing any delays to the project.

I can’t say enough about the team at LoneStar Solar! They are so easy and pleasant to work with. They are very quick to respond to any special requests and fast to implement account changes. Aside from the great customer service Mr. Noe gave us, their product was top notch quality! They were there every step of the way to ensure our install went well and we were also able to get some much needed home improvements done! Our experience with LoneStar Solar was exceptional! My husband and I met Alex Lee and Cesar (forgot last name)and established a connection. They were very honest and transparent. These two are an absolute pleasure to work with. We had great rapport and they explained throughly the benefits of having solar panels. Alex followed up when he said he was and made sure to be available for any questions we might have had. The installation was 6 days after signing the contract and super fast. They shared the blue prints and everything before installation. Very pleased with everything thus far. I would recommend them 100%. You will be in wonderful hands with Alex and Cesar. Alex still checks on my husband and I to make sure we don't have any unanswered questions. I will update once we receive our first invoice. Stay tuned. You guys were amazing. They install the best equipment and offer the most flexible financing options. The communication from signing your deal in the beginning, all the way up until the system is turned on, is great. I researched multiple solar companies for my installation in Houston and LoneStar Solar Services LLC came in at the combination of lowest price, best reviews, and most responsive communication. I was looking for a specific brand/model panel and they were able to come through for me. Once I signed the agreement and moved forward, I never looked back and have been completely happy. They were in constant communication every step of the way and responded promptly to any questions that I had. I appreciated the fact that they did everything in-house (I was going to move forward with another company but when I got the contract it was with an electrical company I had never heard of). From start to finish, I had the best experience with LoneStar Solar Service. Chris Brown was our initial point of contact, and he did an excellent job of listening to our needs and providing us with a proposal that was a good fit. He was straightforward, informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. He said he'd get us the proposal in about 24 hours after our initial meeting, and we had it by the end of the day. We then worked with several other points of contact, including Adam, who were all excellent. The entire project was well-organized and completed on time, as agreed upon with Chris. The guys accidentally broke a sprinkler thing on the day of the installation, and they knocked on the door to tell me and let me know they had already recorded it and requested someone to come fix it. I wasn't even bothered by the accident because I was so impressed with how quickly they accepted responsibility and informed me when I might not have noticed! Kudos! I would recommend LoneStar Solar Service to anyone looking to work with a company that is fair, honest, and trustworthy.

So...I've now reviewed LoneStar several times. I'm changing my star rating to FIVE because they provide 5-star service. This company and its owner were so concerned with doing the right thing that they tracked me down to find out what problems I was having. But they didn't stop there...they went above and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I don't think I've ever worked for a company that was more concerned with keeping customers happy. I can now confidently recommend LoneStar Solar Services to you. The attention they paid to ensure our satisfaction far exceeded the standard of customer service available today. I'm happy to say that the LONESTAR Solar Crew that came to install my solar panels/system did a phenomenal job in explaining to me the process, and the time frame it would take to get the project done. We just purchased a new electrical vehicle and wasn't sure how to proceed with the charging but LoneStar Solar Services LLC was kind enough to take the time to really explain our options! I asked so many questions and they explained everything step by step thoroughly. One technician came the next day and quoted a price, and gave me an idea of the time he could come to install.Two technicians(sorry I didn't get your name) came to install the charger, arrived right on time, they were quick, efficient, and professional.
