They were outstanding from beginning to end. They arrived on time and within the quoted price. We had a reporting system glitch a few weeks after the installation and activation. They were quick to respond and resolved the problem.

My experience with LoneStar Solar Services LLC was nothing short of remarkable from day 1. Their customer service, knowledge and interpersonal skills made it easy to work with. They helped with all of the paperwork completing the initial paperwork with Edison and the city. The only holdups I experienced throughout the process was the permit process. However, once the permit information was satisfied, the installation process was quick. A crew of 4 came out and finished the installation of black Q CELL solar panels and Enphase inverters in a day. I initially spoke with Lone Star Solar about two months ago to see if solar would make sense for our home. We got another quote from another company that was $15,000.00 higher with less solar panels. Where to start. I didnt know much about solar which they were very helpful of explaining all my options and how it would work. Didnt feel pushed or tricked into a sale. Application to installation was a very fast process. The main installer David was very professional and his crew got to work quick. Have had it for months so far and no issues. I dont normally write reviews unless i feel a company deserves a good review and lonestar solar did such a great job that i took time out of my day to tell you if your debating on solar use them and you should definitely get solar its lowered my bill and if you get the battery option u will have power even when your neighbors dont lol. Be the envy of ur neighbors.

The Houston crew was here to install our solar panels and they was an amazing bunch of guys. The electrician with the good hair was great =) . This was a painless experience and so glad we did it. I would recommend anyone that is thinking about getting solar to call Lone Star.
